lAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OR THE ANAHEIM Y1N'I.CIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
`A"HE CITY COUNKIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 263 --
Series 1961-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-69
recomaben in.g aux am ndment of Title 18 of the An eim Municipa
Cade and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in. the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 1.8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WIRREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
fin.ding3, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 27th day of
March 19 62 8 as the time, and tE—e—C;ouncil
C'�amber in -the City Ha-fT othe City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public, hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Munic:i.pal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of tb.,-(-,, Anaheim Municipal Code; and
1WHER AS, at the time and place fixed for said public
}gearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 62R-335 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Manicipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zon-e- or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s) ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
62R-335 certain conditions and requirements werr a mmac e
as con Dt'lons precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the nroperty
hereinafter described and as provided in Resolution No. 62I 335.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 195.00 feet of the East 203.00 feet,
measured from the center line of adjoining
streets of Lot 7 in Block 5 of the Golden State
Tract, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County,
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in.the following zones, upon the
conditions hereinafter set forth:
That all of the above-described property shall be
changed to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
ZONE, with the exception of those areas lying immedi-
ately along and parallel to any arterial streets and
highways as designated on the adopted Circulation
Element of the General Plan, which areas shall be
changed to P -L, PARKING -LANDSCAPING ZONE, for a
depth of 50 feet from the property line after any
necessary dedication.
That said change of zones shall be made upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in
the Office of the City Engineer at the time the
property is developed.
2. That the owner of the property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot
for street lighting purposes, said amount to be
paid at.the time the property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the
Architectural Control Committee on the basis
of compatibility of development, both structurally
and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which itis now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
• The Cit Clerk shall City k a certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of April , 1963.

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 16th day of April, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 23rd day of April, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1831 on the 23rd
