AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
TH.E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHERE -AS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 453 --
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-2 �e
recommending an amend_ ent of Title 18 of the An eim Municipa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 25th day of
September , 19 62 , as the time, and t e -Council
rr in. -the City Rahe City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public he'a'ring upon said proposed amendment to `title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give, all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommiendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did. adopt Resolution C(Is) No . (s) 62R-969 6j_ 62g-1073, finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim- Municipal Code
should beended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said r,esolu-
tion.Qso a and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 62R-969
and 62R-1073 , certain conditions and requirements wrere maces
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
chanes of zone or zones have been complied with as to the property
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wits
That portion of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M., County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the West line of Lot 10, Miles
Rancho, as per map recorded in Book 4, page 7, of
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
said point being located 699.94 feet North 0° 10' 00" West
from the Southwest corner of said Lot 10, said Southwest
corner being the intersection of the center lines of
roads as shown on a Licensed Surveyor's Map, filed in
Book 1, page 55, Record of Surveys, in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South
0° 10' 00' East 125 feet along the Westerly line of said
Lot 10,said line being the center line of a road as shown
on said Licensed Surveyor's Map; thence West 497.56 feet
to the Northwesterly line of that certain parcel of land
described in Certificate of Title No. 11,374; thence
North 66° 00' 45" East 318.61 feet along the said North-
westerly line to an angle point therein; thence South
89° 04' 00" East 206.18 feet along the Northerly line
of said land described in Certificate of Title No. 11,374,
to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit,
to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to be paid at the time the building permit
is issued.
2. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible
to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as deter-
mined and required by the Street Maintenance and
Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department,
which areas shall be enclosed with a solid fence or
wall prior to final building inspection.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department.
4. That the access drives shall be a minimum width of
21 feet, with adequate angle cut-offs provided, or
a minimum width of 28 feet if no cut-offs are pro-
vided, and said drives shall, in all cases, have a
minimum vertical clearance of 14 feet.
5. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with Exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of
Revised Plan No. 10-284 prepared by Inter -City
Designs, Inc., applicable to subject property, and
on file with the City of Anaheim (subject property
being the area described as Parcel No. 3 in Resolu-
tion No. 62R-969).
• 6. That the interior walls of the proposed carports shall
be stuccoed; that enclosed storage cabinets shall be
installed along the rear wall of each carport; and
that suitable bumper guards shall be installed to
protect the interior walls of the proposed carports,
all of which shall be done prior to final building
inspection.

SECTION 2
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended
9 and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set f-p�°th, and said.
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECT 10$, 3.
Th -`City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15-) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin ,
a newspaper -o-f general c ir°culation, printed, publ ishe3 an -
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
