AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
'T'IT'LE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MJNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 529--
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-43 ,
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
VHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 18th day of

a public, hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Munici,pal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 1.8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and

hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did gine all parsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and died receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon cor,sidar the recommiendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolutions 1s) Noo (s) 62R-1099 , finding
ar-nd determining that Title 18 of the 11 eim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
t ion, ( s ) a and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 62R-1099
certain conditions and requirements were mac e
as con itn precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS -
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said `title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows -

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Lot 6 of the Kellogg Homestead Tract, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 8, page 51 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County,, California. Beginning at
a point in the center line of the 60 foot road along the
Northerly boundary of said Lot 6, distant thereon Westerly
190 feet from its intersection with the Westerly line of
the 40 foot road along the Easterly boundary of said Lot
6, and running thence Southerly, parallel with the
Easterly line of said Lot -6, 395 feet, thence Westerly
parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 6, 123.10
feet to a point in saidparallel line, distant thereon
Easterly 125 feet from the Westerly line of said Lot 6;
thence Northerly parallel with the Westerly line of said
Lot 6, 395 feet to said center line of said 60 foot road;
thence Easterly along said center line 124.4 feet to the
point of beginning.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions: .
1. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible
to trash -truck pickup, shall'be provided as deter-
mined and required by the Street Maintenance and
Sanitation Division of the Public Works Department,
which areas shall be enclosed by a solid fence or
wall prior to final building inspection.
2. That the use of the existing residence on subject
property for business and professional offices shall
conform to and be in accordance with pians on file
with the City of Anaheim marked 'Exhibits 1, 2 and
3".
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 22nd day of January , 1963.

heim held on the 8th day of -January, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 22nd day of January, 1963, by the following vote of
the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Dutton, Chandler, Krein and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1802 on the 22nd
day of January, 1963. -
