AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL. CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 93 --
Series 1958-59 in Reclassification No. F-»58-59-27
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after waving .received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein,, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings
and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth In ;aid resolution,, and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fisc the 16th day of
December , 19_�8__, as the time, and the CounciCouncil Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code,, and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 4918 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s);
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)

as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones,, and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said -change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOWo THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS.FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sec-
tional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows:

PARCEL l:
All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, being that portion
of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 12, Township 4 South, Rance 11 West, S.B.B. V-1.5
described as follows:
Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 12;
thence Easterly along the South line of said Section,
330.00 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with the West 1 ine
of said Southeast quarter, 674.00 feet to the true point
of beginning of the boundary of the land herein described;
thence Westerly, parallel with said South line, 195.00 feet
to a line parallel with said West line and distant Easterly
135.00 feet therefrom, measured at right angles; thence
Northerly, along said parallel line, 115.00 feet; thence
Easterly, parallel with said South line, 85,05 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 270.00 feet; thence Southeasterly, along
said curve, 144,90 feet; thence Southwesterly 83.00 feet
more or less to the true point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, being that portion
of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B. & PI.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of the South
686.66 feet of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter with the West line of the East 265.00 feet of said
Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence Westerly,
parallel with the, South line of said Southeast quarter
509.05 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Northeasterly and having a radius of 330.00 feet; thence
Northwesterly along said curve 170 feet more or less to a
line parallel with the West line of said Southeast quarter
and distant Easterly therefrom 395.00 feet, measured at
right angles; thence Northerly along said parallel line
180 feet more or less to a line parallel with said South
line and distant Northerly therefrom 908.66 feet, measured
at right angles; thence Easterly, along said parallel line
669.4 feet more or less to the West line of the East 265.00
feet of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter;
thence Southerly along said I -Jest line, 222.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
now is R-3, MULTIPLE-F:1MLY RESIDENTIAL and R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONES, and that it be changed to and incorporated
in the following zones, upon the condition hereinafter set forth:
0 That Parcel No, 1 be changed from R-3, P,11JLTIPLE-FAP-1ILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE to R-1, SINGLE-F.UHLY RESIDENTIAL ZONE;
and
That Parcel No. 2 be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE-111AMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following condition:
That the owner of subject property place of
record standard City of An-aheim R-3 Deed
Restrictions covering the area being re-
classified RM3, being Parcel, No. 2 above
described, approved by the City Attorney,
which restrictions shall limit all buildings
erected on said property to one story in
height.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is
hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be
excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and in"
corporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above
set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby
adopted, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to pre..
pare a sectional zoning mgp to beLadded to the City Zoning
Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper.of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force,
