Mayor Pringle explained the meeting was called for a workshop. The first item of business was
that each member of the Executive Management Team introduced himself or herself and
presented a short overview of their department's responsibility.
At this point, City Manager Dave Morgan introduced the workshop, which was an overview of
the issues, programs and initiatives working toward 2007. Assistant City Manager Tom Wood
presented the PowerPoint presentation, which is available in the City Clerk's Office.
After the presentation, each Council Member thanked the staff for the presentation and
indicated that there were many issues identified that needed further briefing and discussion and
that a workshop would be the best venue for the presentation. City Manager Morgan indicated
that workshops would be scheduled in the future.
Adjournment:
At approximately 11:15 P.M., there being no further business to come before the City Council,
Mayor Pringle adjourned the meeting.
