AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
go -- SERIES 1960-61 . in Reclassification No.
F-60-61-31 0 recommending an amendment of Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a change in the boundaries
of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after
having held a public bearing thereon in the manner and as pre-
scribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to
consider such proposed change of zone or zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make
findings, summaries of its hearings, and did recommend a
change or changes of zones as set forth in Resolution No.
90 -- SERIES 1960-61 of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, -upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 8th day of
November _V 19--L-Q-, as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone, and did
give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, ati±�-_time and place fixed for said public
,bearing, the City Council did bold and conduct such public bear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein An opportunity
to be beard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did kkgXg)*pX adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)
6459 A, finding and determining that Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that a change or
changes in the boundaries of zone should be made as set forth
in said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) No. (s)
64�9 Z' certain conditions and requirements
were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map. or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in »he City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wits
PARCEL 1.
The truest 3 acres of the East one-half of the South
one-half of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 4. South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in'Book 51, pages 7 et seq., Mis-
cellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Re-
corder of said County.
PARCEL 2.
The East 3 acres of the Southwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 13,
in Township 4 South, Range 11 truest in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map.recorded in Book 51,
page 7 et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County.
EXCEPT the South 180.00 feet of the test 50.00 feet
thereof.

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.1762 was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held on
the 25th day of September, 1962 and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 2nd day
of October, 1962, by the following vote of the members thereof
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No.1762 on the 2nd day of October,
1962.
