AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1609 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO -
it CEEDINGS NO. F-59-60-112.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Ordinance No. 1609
in Reclassification Proceedings No. F-59-60-112 on August 22,
1961, changing and incorporating certain property therein
described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE_ to C-1,
NEI GHBORHOOD-COPIIERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions
set forth in said -ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that in order to enable
the owner of subject property to proceed with the development
thereof, it is necessary that an additional condition be added
to Ordinance No. 1609.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN .A.S FOLLOWS:
SECTION l:
That Ordinance No. 1609 adopted by the City Council on
August 22, 1961, in Reclassification Proceedings No. F-59-60-112,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding an additional condi-
tion thereto, to be numbered 113,11 reading as follows;
113. That all improvements as required by the City
Engineer, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
which shall include adequate catch basins and
leader conduit as required to connect to a major
storm drain structure of the size and design
required by the City Engineer, shall be installed
prior to final building inspection of the first
building constructed on subject property; PROVIDED,
HOYIEVER, that a bond may be posted with the City to
guarantee the installation of any items not con-
structed prior to final building inspection of the
first building constructed, said bond to be in an
amount and form approved by the City Attorney and
to be posted prior to final building inspection of
the first building constructed on subject property."
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the sane to be printed once within
fifteen (I") days after its adoption, in the, Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City. and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 11th day of September, 1962, and that the
same -was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 18th day of September, 1962, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein
and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1756 on the 18th
day of September, 1962.
