RES-2018-094RESOLUTION NO. 2018-0 9 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA 2018-00371) BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to -wit: The abandonment of that certain real property located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as that excess portion of the public street known as Anaheim Boulevard, generally located along the west side of Anaheim Boulevard, North of Interstate 5 and adjacent to 1601 South Anaheim Boulevard, depicted on attached Exhibit A. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on August 28, 2018.
