A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at
3:10 p.m. on January 21, 2000, at the City Hall Bulletin Board, (both outside and inside the entrance to
City Hall) containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:54 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$228,165.72 for period ending January 14,2000 and $325,048.14 for period ending January 24, 2000, in
accordance with the 1999-2000 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS '1 - 3: On motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Agency Member
McCracken the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations
furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
123/161: Approve and authorize the Agency Executive Director to execute a Negotiation
Agreement with Trucor, Inc., (Developer) to prepare a site plan, floor plan, elevation drawings,
and a scope of development and construction schedule for the restoration of three historic homes
in the 600 block of South Lemon Street.
123/161: Approve Professional Service Agreements with 1) Field Paoli Architects, Inc., for
architectural and urban design services; and 2) Stamper Whitin Works for landscape architectural
services; and 3) Amendments Number 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Purkiss Rose
RSI for landscape architectural services; and 4) Huitt Zollars, Inc., for general engineering
services for planning and implementation of Agency projects.
161: Approve Anaheim Redevelopment Agency minutes for July 13, 1999, September 21, 1999,
September 28, 1999, November 16, 1999, December 7, 1999, and December 14, 1999.
Agency Member McCracken abstained on the minutes of November 16, 1999 only since she was not
present that date.
END OF CONSENT CALENDAR. MOTIONS CARRIED.
107: Award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, American Heavy Moving & Rigging to
complete the relocation of two historic residential structures from 329 and 403 South Philadelphia
Street to Agency owned land at 612 and 616 South Lemon Street (in the Anaheim Colony Historic
District) - Contract Number HM99-1, in the amount of $18,960; and in the event said Iow bidder

fails to comply with the terms of the award, award the contract to the second Iow bidder, as well
as waive any irregularities in the bids of both the Iow and second Iow bidders.
Chairman Daly. This item will be discussed and acted upon under the City Council meeting of today, Item
DI., which is a Public Hearing. (See minutes, today's date, Item DI., City Council meeting).
Recess: Chairman Daly recessed the Redevelopment Agency Meeting (5:56 P.M.).
After Recess: Chairman Daly called the Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order for the purpose of a
Joint Public Hearing - Redevelopment Agency/City Council - on the Relocation of Two Historic
Residential Structures (7:05 P.M.). (See minutes, today's date, Item DI., City Council meeting for
discussion and action taken.)
At the conclusion of the Public Hearing on the subject item, the proposed action (Agency Item 4) was
approved unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member McCracken seconded the motion.
