A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
March 17, 2000, at the City Hall Bulletin Board, (both outside and inside the entrance to City Hall)
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:59 p.m.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$269,292.66 for period ending March 13, 2000 and $190,497.72 for period ending March 20, 2000, in
accordance with the 1999-2000 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2:
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Professional Service Agreement with
The Planning Center in the amount of $75,000 for a two-year contract for general planning and
urban design services.
Chairman Daly. He has had a professional business relationship with The Planning Center. Since the
Center has been a source of income to him he will, therefore, be abstaining from any discussion or
decision on this item.
MOTION: Agency Member McCracken moved to approve the Professional Service Agreement with The
Planning Center. Agency Member Kring seconded the motion. Chairman Daly abstained. MOTION
CARRIED.
2. Approve minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting held January 25, 2000.
MOTION: Chairman Daly moved to approve the minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency of
January 25, 2000. Agency Member McCracken seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member McCracken seconded the motion.
