ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
II

The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Frank
Feldhaus and Lucille Kring.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
May 12, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
6:18 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Francisco Ceja, Anaheim, said he supported the Jeffrey-Lynne project and the relocation plan
but he did not think one project would solve the affordable housing problem in the city. He
suggested rent control and other solutions should be looked at.
Linda Lee Grau, Irvine, spoke on a Redevelopment Agency plan for a veteran's monument and
she said she wished the Agency would confine itself to veteran's monuments.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Item 1, seconded by Redevelopment Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously.
Authorize the Executive Director of Community Development to accept the construction
of the improvements and execute and record with the Orange County Recorder, Notices
of Completion for the Downtown Veterans Monument and related improvements.
Approve minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meetings held March
21, 2000 and April 11, 2000.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Motion carried unanimously.
