ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING

The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Frank
Feldhaus and Lucille Kring.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on August
4, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:05
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM 1: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent Calendar
Item 1, seconded by Housing Authority Member Feldhaus. Motion carried unanimously.
1. Approve minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held July 1, 2000.
END OF CONSENT CALENDAR
Authorize the Executive Director to accept conveyance of those abandoned streets
formerly known as Jeffrey Drive, Michelle Drive and the alleys between Jeffrey and
Michelle, Walnut and Jeffrey, all between Lynne and Audre, together with Audre Drive
between Walnut and the alley between Michelle and Hampstead.
Chairman Daly moved to recess the Housing Authority meeting to act upon Housing Item 2
following approval of the City Council Consent Calendar, seconded by Authority Member
McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The Housing Authority meeting recessed at 6:08 PM, to be called back to order at 7:15 PM.
Chairman Daly called the Housing Authority back to order at 7:15 PM and offered the item for
consideration:
Authorize the Executive Director to accept conveyance of those abandoned streets formerly

carried unanimously.

There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
