A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ADOPTING NEW FEE SCHEDULES FOR BUILDING
AND CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, Section 15.02.070 of the Anaheim Municipal Code authorizes the City Council
to establish fees for permits, inspections, re-inspections and other activities relating to the regulation
of building and construction activities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does desire to adopt a new fee schedule for those building and
construction activities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said proposed fees at a public meeting notice
of which has heretofore been given in the manner required by Section 66016 of the Government
Code and at which meeting oral and written presentations were invited and considered concerning
said fee and service charges: and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and declares that adoption of this fee schedule is exempt
from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 21080 9 (b) (8)
of the Public Resources Code and California Code of Regulations Section 15273 in that the fees and
rates are established to meet operating expenses, including employee wage rates and fringe benefits;
purchasing or leasing supplies, equipment or materials; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the following fee schedules for the following permits and services be, and the same are hereby
adopted:
