MOTION CARRIED (Commissioner White voted no), for approval of Consent Calendar
Item No. 1B as recommended by staff.

Location: 1601 South Disneyland Drive
Request: The applicant requests approval of a final site plan to
construct an eight story, 700-room hotel with 82,000 square feet
of ancillary restaurant and retail space, and a parking structure.
Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will
consider if an Addendum to the previously-certified Final
Environmental Impact Report No. 311 (FEIR 311) is the
appropriate environmental document for this project and that
none of the conditions set forth in Sections 15162 or 15163 of the
State CEQA Guidelines calling for the preparation of a
subsequent environmental impact report or a supplement to FEIR
311 have occurred.
