Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Resolution No. PC2018-046 (Lieberman /Dalati) Approved VOTE: 7-0 Chairperson Carbajal and Commissioners Armstrong, Dalati, Gillespie, Keys, Lieberman and White voted yes.
