RESOLUTION NO. 89R-399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-363 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS. the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated September 26. 1989. that the classification of
Zoning Administrator be transferred from Middle Management to
Administrative Management. effective September 29. 1989; and
WHEREAS. as a result thereof. the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-363 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that transferring the classification of Zoning Administrator is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That. Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-363 be amended by
adding the following classification:
Classification
Salary Range
Zoning Administrator
X CR17
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 89R-363 is September 29. 1989.
AND. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein.
Resolution No. 89R-363 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rdday of October, 1989.
