Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether a Mitigated Negative Declaration is the appropriate environmental documentation for this request under the California Environmental Quality Act. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Resolution No. PC2018-053 (Dalati / Gillespie) Approved with modifications to Condition Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 8 per a revised “redlined” resolution submitted by staff to the Planning Commission relating to special events, traffic control measures, measures to comply with the parking license agreement, and compliance with the applicant’s letter of operation. VOTE: 6-0 Chairperson Carbajal and Commissioners Armstrong, Dalati, Gillespie, Lieberman and White voted yes. Commissioner Keys absent. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15060(c)(2).
