Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the previously-approved Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for this project is the appropriate environmental documentation for this request under the California Environmental Quality Act. Resolution No. PC2019-001 (Dalati / Gillespie) Approved VOTE: 7-0 Chairperson Carbajal and Commissioners Armstrong, Dalati, Gillespie, Keys, Lieberman and White voted yes. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and Section 15311, Class 11 (Accessory Structures). Resolution No. PC2019-002 (Lieberman / White) Approved VOTE: 6-0-1 Chairperson Carbajal and Commissioners Armstrong, Gillespie, Keys, Lieberman and White voted yes. Commissioner Dalati abstained. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Resolution No. PC2019-003 (Lieberman / Keys) Approved VOTE: 6-0 Chairperson Carbajal and Commissioners Armstrong, Gillespie, Keys, Lieberman and White voted yes.
