APFA2017/11/07ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 7, 2017 The Anaheim Public Financing Authority regular meeting was called to order at 5:52 P.M. in City Council Chambers located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council, Successor Agency to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Anaheim Public Financing Authority, and Anaheim Housing Authority. The meeting notice, agenda and related materials were duly posted on November 3, 2017. PRESENT: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: James Vanderbilt, Kris Murray, Denise Barnes, Jose F. Moreno, Lucille Kring, and Stephen Faessel. STAFF PRESENT: Interim City Manager Linda Andal, Acting City Attorney Kristin Pelletier, and Acting Secretary Theresa Bass. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None PUBLIC COMMENTS: No public comments offered related to the Public Financing Authority agenda. At 7:21 P.M., the Public Financing Authority meeting was recessed and reconvened at 7:24 P.M. CONSENT CALENDAR: At 7:24 P.M., Authority Member Faessel moved to approve the consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Kring. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES — 7: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Vanderbilt, Murray, Barnes, Moreno, Kring and Faessel). NOES — 0. Motion carried. R100 3. RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2017-002 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY establishing the dates and time for regular meetings of the Financing Authority for the 2018 calendar year. AFA187 4. Approve minutes of the Public Financing Authority meeting of April 25, 2017. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, without objection, Chairman Tait adjourned the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority at 7:24 P.M.
