A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AUTHORITY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. AHPIA 2018-
001 WHICH ESTABLISHES THE DAYS AND TIMES OF
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE HOUSING AND PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORITY FOR THE 2019 CALENDAR
YEAR.
WHEREAS, subsection (b) of Section 3.04 of the Joint Powers Agreement authorizes the
Governing Board of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority ("Authority"), by
resolution,to establish the days for regular meetings of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by prior resolution, has
heretofore established the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for prior years; and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 2018, the Governing Board of the Authority approved
Resolution No. AHPIA 2018-001, establishing the days for the regular meetings of the Authority
for the 2019 calendar year.
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to amend Exhibit
A of Resolution No. AHPIA 2018-001, canceling and rescheduling a previously approved
regular meeting of the Authority for the 2019 calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim
Housing and Public Improvements Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Housing and
Public Improvements Authority for the 2019 calendar year shall be held in the Council Chambers
of the City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Housing and
Public Improvements Authority or Anaheim City Council) on the days set forth on Exhibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Regular meetings of the Authority
shall be scheduled to commence at 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise legally noticed and posted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this
resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be set, canceled or rescheduled to a
different date, time, location by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least a
majority of the members of the Governing Board of the Authority or by any other manner as
provided by law. The date,time or location of any meeting set or rescheduled to a different date,
time or location shall be noticed and posted in the manner provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and
void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent
with the provisions hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on the date of
adoption.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Housing and
Public Improvements Authority this 18th day of June, 2019, by the following roll call vote:
AYES. Chairman Sidhu and Authority Members Kring, Barnes,
Brandman, Moreno, Faessel, and O'Neil
