Said easement was reserved for vehicular ingress and egress, and extends south from Santa Ma Street approximately 140feet, as detailed in the Quitclaim Deed recorded 02/08/12 as Instrument#2012000074563,in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California; and WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner, in fee title of certain property located generally at 501 South Claudina Street; and WHEREAS, this public alley is necessary to serve the adjacent apartments of Tract No. 17350 located at 518 S. Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim and it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate this city-owned property for public alley and public utility purposes and to further accept said property into the City Street System. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby dedicates that certain City-owned property more specifically described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein for public alley and utility purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby accept said property described in Exhibits A and B into the public street system. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk is directed to record this resolution in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County, California.
