Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures). Resolution No. PC2019-037 (Meeks / Vadodaria) Approved, with an added condition of approval to state “that the Owner/Developer shall clearly depict the design of the 3’-0” wide planter and new 10-foot high masonry wall along the west property line. The types and quantities of landscaping material shall provide for adequate screening of the block wall. The usable planter bed shall not be encumbered by the footings or retaining portions of the block wall. The landscape material shall be installed prior to final building inspection”. Condition No. 34 was modified to add the following language “or made prior to, or in furtherance, or in implementing the decision”. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15332, Class 32 (Infill Development). Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15060(c)(2), in that the activity will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect change in the environment.
