ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA- ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 4, 2003 The Anaheim Public Financing Authority met in special session on November 4, 2003. Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Board Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Richard Chavez and Bob Hernandez. Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder. A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority was posted on ©ctober 31,2003, at the City Hall bulletin board. Chairman Pringle called the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority to order at 5:13 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None. PUBLIC COMMENTS: None. 187 ITEMS: 1. Approve minutes of the Public Financing Authority meeting held March 25, 2003. Board Member McCracken moved to approve Item 1, seconded by Board Member Hernandez. Roll Call Vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Board Members McCracken, Tait, Hernandez and Chavez. Noes- 0. Motion Carried. Chairman Pringle 'recessed the Anaheim Public Financing Authority at 5:14 P.M. to be reconvened following City Council Item B3. Chairman Pringle reconvened the Anaheim Public Financing Authority at 6:11 P.M. to consider the following: 137 RESOLUTION NO. APFA2003-3 RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY authorizing the issuance of not to exceed $45,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its taxable lease revenue bonds (Anaheim Arena Financing Project) 2003 Series A, and providing the terms and conditions for the issuance of said bonds; approving the form of and authorizing the execution and delivery of specified documents in connection therewith; and authorizing the execution of related Board Member Chavez moved to approve Resolution APFA2003-3 authorizing issuance of Anaheim Arena Financing Project revenue bonds, Board Member Tait seconded the motion. Roll Call Vote: Chairman Pringle, Board Members McCracken, Tait, Hernandez and Chavez; Noes - 0.
