A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ESTABLISHING THE DAYS FOR REGULAR
MEETINGS OF THE AGENCY FOR THE 2004 CALENDAR
YEAR.
WHEREAS, subsection (B) of Section 501 of the By-Laws of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency authorizes the Governing Board of the Agency, by resolution, to establish the days for
regular meetings of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Agency, by this resolution, desires to establish the
days for the regular meetings of the Agency for the 2004 calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency that regular meetings of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency for the 2004
calendar year shall be held, without additional notice, in the Council Chambers of the City of
Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency) on
the days set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and void
the provisions of any prior resolution to the extent such provisions are inconsistent with the
provisions hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on January 1,
2004.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency this 2 day of December, 2003.
