Request: The applicant requests approval to exceed the
maximum height within the Scenic Corridor (SC) Overlay
Zone to replace a 50-foot high Monopole Wireless
Communications Facility with a new 70-foot high Stealth
Facility.
Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission
will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically
Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional
environmental documentation per California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15302, Class 2
(Replacement or Reconstruction) and Section 15311,
Class 11 (Accessory Structures).

Request: The applicant requests a waiver of the
maximum height permitted for fences within the front yard
setback of the Single-Family Residential (RS-2) Zone to
construct a six-foot high fence in a location where the
Anaheim Municipal Code permits a three-foot high fence.
Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission
will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically
Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional
environmental documentation per California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3
(New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures).
