RES-1989-249RESOLUTION NO. 89R-249
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM REVISING CERTAIN POLICIES
AND FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR CITY-WIDE PARK
AND RECREATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES AND
ESTABLISHING JULY 1, 1989 AS THE EFFECTIVE
DATE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 79R-2 establishing the policy
and fees for City-wide park and recreation programs and services;
and
WHEREAS, the fees have been previously revised from time
to time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the public
interest and welfare to further revise said fees and certain
policies as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the user fees and charges hereinafter
established do not exceed the costs incurred by the City of
Anaheim in providing said facilities and services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No, 79R-2, as amended, be, and the
same is hereby, amended as follows:
1. Section 6 is hereby amended to read as set forth in
exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference
herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the
amendments set forth herein shall be July 1, 1989.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20~h day of June
1989.

Facility rental fees for catered events at Brookhurst Community Center will
not oe charged except during prime time Saturday. During these time periods
we will require a minimum of $2000 to be spent on food and beverage service.
if less than $2000, a $500 rental fee will be paid to the City. Charges are
consistent with the brookhurst Community Center Catering Agreement approved by
City Council April 11, 1989.
