Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). This item was continued from the March 16, 2020, March 30, 2020, and April 13, 2020 Planning Commission meetings. Resolution No. PC2020-018 (Armstrong / Mulleady) Approved with modification to Condition No. 21 to limit the outdoor patio hours of the restaurant to 10:00 pm on weekdays, and 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday nights; and add a new condition to limit the number of seats based on the submitted floor plans. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures). Resolution No. PC2020-020 (Meeks / Armstrong) Approved VOTE: 6-0 Chairperson Pro-Tempore Keys and Commissioners Armstrong, Meeks, Mulleady, Vadodaria and White voted yes. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures). *Variance No. 2020-05134 was deleted subsequent to advertisement and noticing of this item. Resolution No. PC2020-021 (Meeks / Vadodaria) Approved request as recommended by staff; however, the height deviation (for the architectural pylons) portion of the CUP request was denied. VOTE: 4-2 Chairperson Pro-Tempore Keys, and Commissioners Armstrong, Meeks and Vadodaria voted yes. Commissioners Mulleady and White voted no. Chairperson Lieberman was absent.
