A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A SPECIAL PERMIT TO MOVE
A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE TO 198
NORTH VINTAGE LANE IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, a written application has been filed with the
City of Anaheim for a Special Permit to move a single-family
residential structure from 208 South Philadelphia Street to 198
North Vintage Lane, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 25rd day of February, 1988, at the hour of 3:00
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to ail persons residing
within a radius of three hundred (300) feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said structure at least ten (10) days
prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roi1; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hearing
upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a Special Permit, together with ali evidence and
reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that said
permit should be granted for the following reasons:
1. That the house, building or structure proposed to be
moved is comparable in value, size, quality, design and appearance
to houses, buildings or structure in the area into which it is to
be moved; and
2. That it will not be detrimental to nor diminish the value
of property in the area; and
3. That said structure will

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tile City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the application for a Special Permit to move
a single-family residential structure to 198 North Vintage Lane,
Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted subject
to compliance with ali of the provisions of Titles lS and 18 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of February, 1988.
