88-170RESOLUTION N0.88R_170 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES. certain Anaheim WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore real property within the corporate limits of for public purposes; and acquired the City of WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City-owned property for public purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of its City-owned property for public purposes.
