A RESOLUTION OF THE cFr¥ COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IN CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 2678 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
85R-299.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 85R-299 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 2678, subject to certain conditions specified
therein; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on March 10, 1987, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the
public peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to
permit reasonable operation under said conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the conditions of approval heretofore imposed
in Resolution No. 85R-299 be, and the same are hereby, amended by
the amendment of Conditions No. 14 and 17 as set forth in
Resolution No. 85R-299 to read as follows:
"14. The subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim marked
Revision No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. 2, 3 and 4, and
Revision No. 2 of Exhibit Nos. 1 and 5; provided,
however, that kitchen efficiency units may be
installed in no more than twenty-five percent(25%) of
the motel units, with a maximum of 6-cubic foot
refrigerators, two-burner stoves excluding oven and
baking facilities, and single compartment sinks,
except that the manager's unit will be allowed to have
full kitchen facilities; and including a minimum ten
(10) foot wide landscaped buffer along the north and
west property lines, planted with a minimum of
thirty-eight (38) Leylandi Cypress trees planted on
maximum twelve (12) foot centers. The trees shall be
at least fifteen (15) to twenty-four (24) feet tall
when planted."
"17. That prior to final building and zoning
inspections, Condition Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12,
and 14, above-mentioned, shall be complied with."

BE IT FORTHER RESOLVED that Condition No. 15 be, and it
is hereby, deleted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that,
herein, Resolution No. 85R-299 shall
effect.
