RESOLUTION NO. 98R- 120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE
GREEN FEES AND CART RENTAL FEES TO
BE CHARGED AT THE DAD MILLER GOLF
COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF
COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find and
determine that the schedule of rates for golf at Dad Miller golf Course and the
Anaheim that the schedule of rates for golf at Dad Miller Golf Course and the
Anaheim Hills Golf Course should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the schedule of rates for green fees and use of golf carts at Dad
Miller Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course be, and the same are hereby,
revised effective July I, 1998 as follows:.

2. SPECIAL REDUCED RATES
A. Senior Citizens (sixty-two [62] and over), by identification:
Standby Seniors' rate will be Eight Dollars ($8.00) off the 18-hole fee, weekdays only.
Full-fee guests receive starting time priority. Also, Anaheim Resident Seniors can play
at Dad Miller Golf Course on weekdays, with a reservation, for Four Dollars ($4.00)
off the regular 18-hole rate, by purchasing an Anaheim Resident Senior card for Ten
Dollars ($10.00) annually. All senior discounts are available for individual play only
(excluding tournaments and outings).
B. Local high school and college: appropriate fees, times, number,
rules and regulations continue to be set by letter of agreement between the Golf
Manager and individual schools or by contract with school districts, as availability
allows.
3. TOURNAMENT SURCHARGE
A. Advance-booked tournament groups (16 or more players) shall
be charged a five-dollar ($5.00) surcharge per person added to the appropriate green
fees except on weekends and holidays when the surcharge will be ten dollars ($10.00)
per player.
B. Leagues (9-hole play after 4.00 p.m.) will be charged a one
dollar ($1.00) surcharge per person added to the appropriate green fees.
4. ADVANCED RESERVATION FEE
An annual fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged to each subscriber
to the advance reservation system,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 97R-89 will remain
in full force and effect through June 30, 1998, at which time Resolution 97R-89 and
any other resolution in conflict herewith will be superseded by this Resolution and will
be of no further force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 16thdayof June ,1998.
