AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1829--
.-erles 10,65-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-52
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of t e na eim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 9th day of
1110veraDer 19 65 as the time, and the Counc tuber in
the ZityHull of t e City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 651:-830 ,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anahe m un c pa
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 65.11-830
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain property in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, :Mate of California being the South 295.00 feet of the
ITest one-half of the Southeast quarter of Section 8, Township
4 South, Lange 10 West in the Rancho Los Coyotes as per map
thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County lying easterly of the easterly line of
Crescent Way as described in Parcel 2 in the deed to the City
of Anaheim, recorded November 1, 1957 in Book 4089, page 397
of Official ieco-rds, records of Orange County, California.
