AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the Cites Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly puss and adopt Resolution No. 1776 --
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-39 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of t e na eim Munk pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal. Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission the City Clerk aid fix the 26th day of
October 19 6� as the time, and the Coun-FI amber in
the City a of t e City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in. the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 65R-796 ,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Ana e m n c pa
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 65K-796
, certain conditions and requirements were
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, ;tate of California, described as follows,
CO wit:
Lot 1o. 5 of Tract No. lit, as shown on a map recorded in
Book No. 4, Page 69 of yiiscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California.
now is R -A, AGLICULTUML ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in C-1, GENERAL CO-MI&F:CIAL ZONE, upon the following
condition:
That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to final
building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Tonin; Man as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zloning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 14th day of December, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 21st day of December, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Chandler and Krein
NOESt COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN% Schutte
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2228 on the 21st
day of December, 1965.
