AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AN0DING ORDINANCE NO. 1266 IN RE-
CLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 57-58-52.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did on August 12, 1958 adopt
Ordinance No. 1266 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 57-58-52,
changing the property and area therein described from R -A,
RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said ordinance;
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1266 reads
as follows:
"3. That a minimum building line setback of
35 feet be established on Euclid Avenue."
AND WHEREAS, a representative of the owner of subject
property has requested that said setback be reduced; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds after thorough and
careful consideration and investigation of the matter, that
lesser setbacks have been permitted on other properties in the
immediate area; and that Condition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1266
should, therefore, be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1266 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 57-58-52 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending
Condition No. 3 thereof to read as follows:
"3. That a fully landscaped setback of not less
than 15 feet shall be established on Euclid
Street."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 9th day of November , 1965.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2209 was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 19th day of October, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 9th day of November, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof&

ABSENT& COUNCILMEN; Chandler
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2209 on the 9th
