AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1708 --
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-17 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of t e Anaheim Munic pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission the City Clerk did fix the 17th day of
u ust , 19 65 as the time, and the CounCl amber in
the City Ha r of t e City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the Cit yp Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 65R-624
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 65R-624
, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Portion No. 1:
All that real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
described in the Yorba Annexation to the City of Anaheim,
passed by City Ordinance No. 1777 dated November 13, 1962,
filed with the Secretary of State on August 10, 1964, and
filed in the Office of the Orange County Recorder on
August 13, 1964.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within the following
tracts:
Tract 4181, as shown on a map recorded in Book 156, pages 21
et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California;
Tract 4397, as shown on a map recorded in Book 156, page 24,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California;
Tract 4958, as shown on a map recorded in Book 208, page 48
et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California;
Tract 5229, as shown on a map recorded in Book 192, pages 11
and 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
Tract 5230, as shown on a map recorded in Book 192, pages 13
and 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California.
ALSO EXCEPTING that portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 31, Tract No. 59,
Peralta Hills Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 10,
page 18, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said County; thence
along the boundary of said lot, S. 42° 37' W., 39.60 feet;
thence N. 42° 15' W., 372 feet• thence S. 68° 10' W., 200
feet to a point which is N. 43a 46' E., 16.30 feet from the
Southwest corner of said lot; thence S. 420 15' E., 657
feet; thence N. 3° 46' E., 315.25 feet to the point of
beginning.

thence along the boundary of said lot, S. 420 37' W., 39.60
feet; thence N. 42° 15' W., 372 feet; thence S. 68° 10' W.,
200 feet to a point which is N. 430 46' E., 16.30 feet from
the southwest corner of said lot; thence S. 420 15' E.,
657 feet; thence N. 30 46' E., 315.25 feet to the point of
beginning.
now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, R -E, RESIDENTIAL ESTATES
ZONE, R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, R-0, ONE -FAMILY SUBURAN ZONE, and
M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in the following zones:
That Portion No. 1 above described shall be changed to and
incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE;
That Portion No. 2 above described shall be changed to and
incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE; and
That Portion No. 3 above described shall be changed to and
incorporated in R -E, RESIDENTIAL -ESTATES ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of generalcirculation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed be me

same ways duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
Qity Council 'held on the 19thh day of Oiptober, 1965, by the
following vote of the members thereof:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2200 on the 19th
day of October, 1965.
