WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of

zones hereinafter mentioned, and described, rafter having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 13 of the Anaheim Kiticipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested thereine and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of :its Kearing and did recommend a change or

WHEREkS, upon receipt ofsaid resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence andrecommende�tion of the City

hea�rirg, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and chid give all persons interested therein an opportunity

upon consider the recommendation of the city planning Comaissiona,

and determining that Title 14 of the Oa arm na c=pa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-145

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been, complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, MM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bclhaeng changing the bound -
by of the zones set forth in said Title 1 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of orange, ;)tate of California, described as follows,

The lVesterly 133.00 feet of the ;youth half of the
outhwest nuarter of the Southwest quarter of the North-
west nuarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range
11 Ti1est, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.

changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE,

ing inspection.

Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 8th day of
June, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day
of June, 1965, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Chandler
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2155 on the
15th day of June, 1965.
