Dear City Clerk,
Since Mayor Sidhu and various City Council continue to:
talk over themselves making it almost impossible to understand
present slide presentations that illegible
not allow public to respond and/or give live public comment during the meeting
unlawfully ignore the Brown Act
The visuals and sound for these meetings is horrific!
I am requesting, AGAIN, that transcripts be presented, via email. Your recommendation to just access the video
and/or listen to the audio portion of the meeting, which is NOT understandable, IS arguably unlawful and NOT
ACCEPTABLE.
Please reply with an accurate transcript of the meeting after the meeting has completed.
Thank you in advance for your effort(s) understanding, and prompt response.
Lastly, PLEASE forward a message to Mayor Sidhu....Let him know that it continues to be UNACCEPTABLE
to ignore and keep the public and their "live" comments out of the meetings when there is technology available
that could be used and is being used by other cities, the county, and law enforcement...just to name a few
examples.
