NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY C® CIL OF 'THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-,
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changiLflng the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting ra
sectional Zoning Mtap or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL ONE:
That portion of Lots 2 and 3 of the Stockwell Subdivision
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, per Map
recorded in Book 6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, lying East of the Easterly
right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway's 100 foot right of way.
Excepting therefrom that portion of said Lot 2 conveyed to
the State of California by deed recorded September 7, 1956
in Book 3636, page 340 of Official Records.
Also excepting that portion of said Lots 2 and 3 lying East
of the Northwesterly line of that parcel of land conveyed
to Orange County Flood Control District, being a portion
of Parcel No. B1- 1209.01 described in deed recorded
March 9, 1961 in Book 5651, page 219 of Official Records.
PARCEL TWO:
A - Lot Six and the South 66 feet of Lot Five of the
Stockwell Subdivision as shown on a Map recorded in Book
6, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
Excepting therefrom that portion lying West of the East
right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railroad Company.
Also excepting therefrom the Easterly 30 feet lying within
the right of way of East Street.
B - That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 2,
and the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Six of Stockwell
Subdivision, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 6, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence North-
erly along the Easterly line of said Lot Six (6) to the
intersection with the Southwesterly right of way line of
East Street, 80.00 feet in width; thence Southeasterly
along the Southwesterly right of way line of said East
Street to the intersection with the Northerly right of way
line of La Palma Avenue, 60.00 feet in width; thence West-
erly along the Northerly right of way line of said La
Palma Avenue to the intersection with the Northeasterly
right of way line of the A.T. & S.F.R.R. 100 feet in
width; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly right
of way line of said Railroad to the intersection with the
South line of Lot Six (6) of said Stockwell Subdivision;
thence Easterly along said South line to the point of
beginning.

ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in the
following zones:
That Parcel One be changed to and incorporated in R-3,

That Parcel Two be changed to and incorporated R -A,
AGRIC L�TRAL E.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 16th
day of February, 1965, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council on
the 23rd day of February, 1965, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Dutton
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2116
