2098ORDINANCE NO. 2098 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TILE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM ]MUNICIPAL CODE REIAT- ING TO ZONINC,: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND R WTEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1433 -- Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-58 , recommen na4an an to Title 18 of the &e � n c p* Code and 6 ch- a7,,ige or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public hearing thersor in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Hanticiptl Code to consider such proposed chafe or changes of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Plan ning Commission did make find- ings and summaries of its Aearing and did recommend) a change or char -gee of zone or zones a e, set forth in said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolut=ion, report of findings, summary of evidence and recommeuiatyion of the 'City Plannain Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 15th day of December y 1p 64�, as the time, and the Co uu Chamber �t a t 1 ci__tE City of Anaheim as the place, fora public hearing upon, said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in' said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place freed for said public hearing, the City Council dial hold and conduct such public hear- ing and chid give all persons interested therein, an opportunity to be heard al d did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendation of the Cite Planning Commission, and did adopt Resclution (s) No, (s) 64R=932 , finding and determining that Title 18 cf the�nih-eT nn c p=a Lode should be amended and that; a cha a or changes in the boundaries of said zonae or zones should be made ss set forth in said resolu- tion (a)- and AREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-932 -�, ceritiaifi conditions and requirements were mae�e as c itions precedeant to the malting of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and WHEREA ll changes of zonaeSorazonesnhasveons precedect been compliedtwith; change or NOW,, THEREFORE, THE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS. - SECTION lm That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by cha ning the bound- aries of the zones scat forth in said Title 18 by aclooting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows: -1- 64-65-58 That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: The South 230 feet of the West 120 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County. now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
