The Cooperative Agreement provides parameters for cooperation between the City and Anaheim Ballet to explore potential relocation sites and/or the ballet acquiring the site it currently occupies (Anaheim Cultural Arts Building or "subject site"). The subject site is identified as a housing site in the former Redevelopment Agency's Long -Term Asset Management Plan. The ENA provides a defined period of time for RHF to explore potential development options for an affordable senior housing project on the subject site. While staff has worked closely with Anaheim Ballet and RHF on both agreements, staff requests both items be removed from tonight's agenda. The removal will provide additional time for staff to continue its dialogue with both the Ballet and RHF and further strategize potentially mutually beneficial options and issues before entering formal negotiations.
