The Finance Department wishes to withdraw Item #15 from the November 24, 2020
Anaheim City Council Consent Calendar, That the City Council, by Motion, waive
Council Policy 4.1 and approve an Agreement with Power Engineers, Incorporated, in an
amount not to exceed $133,520, for Consulting Services to develop an implementation
plan, and provide technical support on an as needed basis during the implementation
phase; authorize the Finance Director to take any and all actions as are necessary to
implement and administer the Agreement; and authorize de minimis changes that do not
substantially change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as determined by the
City Attorney.
