AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC85-199 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THE PORTION OF THE WEST HALF OF
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 22, IN TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 11 WEST, S.B.B.
€, M., IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
PARCEL 1: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID
WEST HALF; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREE 10' 40" EAST, ALONG
THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID WEST HALF, 910.15 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREE 40' 40" WEST 239.30 FEET; THENCE
NORTH 0 DEGREE 10' 40" WEST 910.15 FEET TO THE NORTH
LINE OF SAID SECTION 22; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREE 40' 40"
EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE, 239.30 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING,
into the "RM -1200" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -FAMILY ZONE.

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2 th day of March, 1986.
