On November 19, 2020, and within the time prescribed by Section 18.60.130 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, an appeal of the Planning Commission’s action was filed by Dr. and Mrs. James Kline and Mr. and Dr. Michelle Priest (the “Appellants”). Pursuant to the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, a public hearing was scheduled for January 12, 2021, in order for the City Council to consider the appeal. On January 12, 2021, and as evidenced by their signatures below, the Appellants and the Applicant agree to a continuance of the public hearing to April 13, 2021.
