87-275RESOLUTION NO. 87R-275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 80R-185
RELATING TO FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR CITY-WIDE
PARK AND RECREATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
COMMENCING JULY 1, 1987.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 80R-185 establishing the policy
and fees for City-wide park and recreation programs and services; and
WHEREAS, the fees have from time to time been amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the public
interest and welfare to further revise said fees as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the user fees and charges hereinafter
established do not exceed the costs incurred by the City of Anaheim
in providing said facilities and services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that revision of these
fees is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental
Quality Act pursuant to Section 21080(b)(8) of the Public Resources
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Section 6 of Resolution No. 80R-185 be, and the
same is hereby, amended effective July 1, 1987, to read as follows:
