Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures). Approved request for continuance to April 26, 2021, as requested by the applicant. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures). Resolution No. PC2021-010 (Kring / Perez) Approved, with added conditions of approval and minor verbiage changes in the project resolution as stipulated by staff during the public hearing.
