Location: 125 North State College Boulevard Request: The applicant requests a Conditional Use
Permit to construct an express carwash with ancillary
vacuums and an Administrative Adjustment to exceed the maximum wall height allowed by the Anaheim Municipal Code (AMC). Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures).
