RESOL UT I ON NO.8 7R -469
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING GRANT OF EASEMENTS TO THE
METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner in fee title of
certain property; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Water District of Southern
California has requested access across said property to facilitate
the development of the Wetlands.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does resolve to:
1. Grant easements across certain City-owned property
generally located in an area located Southeasterly of the
intersection of Weir Canyon Road and La Palma Avenue.
2. Authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
easement deeds granting said easements to The Metropolitan Water
District of Southern California.
3. Direct the City Clerk to forward the easement deeds to
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for
3cceptance.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
:ity Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of November, 1987.
