A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
A~'4~-~I-IEIM ACCEPTING A pm~D TO C~RTAIN RE~
PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
......,,',FH~R~n~'"*'", by its Resolution No. 64R-549, dated
july 28, 1964, the City Council authorized and directed the
settlement of certain eminent domain litigation by authoriz-
ing payment upon presentation of a Conservator's Deed to
said property; and
?HEKEAS, said Conservator's Deed, to~etner with
authorization therefor by the Probate Court of Orange County,
has been received by the office of the City Attorney and
the Conservator has received the sum authorized in said
Resolution 'No. 64R-549; and
i..[HEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
z~t~.erest of the City to accept and record said Conservator's
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it is in the best interest of
the City to accept, and it hereby accepts, Conservator's Deed
dated October 9, 1964 conveying the following described pro-
perty to the City of Anaheim.
That parcel of land, being a portion of the land
located in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Haps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to Ciarice C. Keefe, as Par-

175, page 161 of Deeds, records of Orange County, Cali-
