OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
ELECTR%C POWER LINE AND CROSS ARM OVERHANG

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City' of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described =eal p~roperty
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for public~'
utiiit¥ elec~ric~power line and cross arm overhang purposes
and
WHERE:AS, the owner of said property has__._
to sell and convey the same t-~the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the city of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
