A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAtlEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND. pUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described =eal p.roperty
for municipal purposes, to wit~ An easement for road and
~ub!ic utility .purposes
and
WHEP~ AS, the owners of said property have
to sell and convey the same t--~the City; and . -----
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the city of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of MARCUS A. GARTNER and
BEATRICE A, GARTNER~ _husband and wife, ..............
to sell to the City of An'~heim the foliowing described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange,
State of California~ to be used for am. easement for road and
public utility purposes

An easement for road and oublic utility purposes over, under
and across the Easterly 4~.00 feet (as measured at right angles
from the center line of Harbor Boulevard) of the North 100
feet of the South 452 feet of that portion of Lot 6 of Miles
Rancho, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Harbor
Boulevard, formerly known as Spadra Road, as said road
existed on April 29, 1929, with the center line of Romneya
Drive; running thence Northerly along the said center line
of Harbor Boulevard, 712 feet; thence Westerly, parallel
with the North line of said lot, 180 feet; thence Southerly
parallel with said West line of Harbor Boulevard, 712 feet,
more or less, to said center line of Romneya Drive; thence
Easterly along said center line of Romneya Drive, 180 feet
to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description, the center line of
Harbor Boulevard is assumed to be the East line of the above
described parcel, and the center line of Romneya Drive
is assumed to be the South line of the above mentioned lot

BE IT' FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1~00) o
