64-740RESOLUTION NO o 64R-740 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING TO THE' CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous of~ purchasing the hereinafter described =eal property for municipal purposes, to wit ~ An easement for water~ line purposes and - ' .... WHEREAS, the owner of said property has to sell and convey the same t--o--the City; and offered WHEREAS, the City Council of' the City of Anaheim finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of. the city of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property. NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the offer of INTERSTATE ENGINEERING CORPORATION, a California corporation, ......... to sell to the City of ~aheim the following described real property situated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange, State of California~ to be used for an easement for water line .]purposes __, and more particUlarly'described as LfollOws~ An easement for water line purposes only, over, under and across a strip of land 10 feet in width in that portion of Lot 23 of Anaheim Extension, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a Map of Survey made by William Hamel and filed in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, the center line of said 10 foot strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line of Vermont Street, formerly Broad Street, as shown on said ~,, said point being North 74© 29' East 411 feet from the center line intersection of Olive Street; thence South 15° 18' 19" East, a distance of 793 feet to the point of terminus of said 10 foot strip.
